To support you in your journey and help you learn how to fuel your body, we teamed up with leading performance nutritionists pHNutrition. 

pHNutrition have created 3 nutrition guides and advice packs with key info and recipes that you can use to aid performance, recovery and lifestyle. 

Using our macros calculator you can find our specific needs and create a plan for success.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

To get started click the tab below to register for our online competition. Once you have done this we will then send you an invitation to our online program through True coach. 
We have created 2 programs:
  • Bodyweight (no equipment)
  • Single dumbbell or Kettlebell
Each program kicks off on Monday 18th and will follow a well rounded approach to fitness with an emphasis on progressing each week through a variety of training styles. We created workouts that are fun as well as challenging with the aim of finishing the 4 weeks stronger and fitter than when you started. 
Once you have registered you will receive your Mindset and nutrition guides so that you can get started on building a stronger mind and planning your nutrition breakdown. 
Remember this isn't just a program, it's a way of life. An opportunity for you and the community to take ownership and come out stronger than you went in.
