THE REVIVE PROGRAM
Welcome to the Revival program.
This program was created to help you become stronger both physically and mentally. The revival program includes fun and challenging workout which you can do at home with no or little equipment, or in the gym with full equipment.
We have also included exclusive mobility flow sessions to help you move better and more freely. With so many of us now working from home, it's extremely important that we look after our bodies.
If you're looking to get fitter, improve the way you move and to reduce stress, then this is the program for you.

Improve the way your body moves with 2 exclusive mobility flows direct to your phone or e-device each week.
These mobility flows will include a blend of yoga, pilates and core practices to ensure that you get the full benefits from these sessions.

Take the guess work out of your diet and learn how and when to fuel your body for training and lifestyle.
TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.
3 x work outs each week which follow a well-rounded approach to strength & conditioning.
These workouts will include a wide variety of styles, exercises and fun challenges to keep you going from strength to strength.
To support you in your journey and help you learn how to fuel your body, we teamed up with leading performance nutritionists pHNutrition.
pHNutrition have created 3 nutrition guides and advice packs with key info and recipes that you can use to aid performance, recovery and lifestyle.
Using our macros calculator you can find our specific needs and create a plan for success.
Work-ins are practices and skills developed to help reduce stress, promote health and give back to the body. Work-ins include such things as - meditation, breathe work, gratitude journalling and even cold water therapy. Each week we guide you through these practices, including the science to support why we do them so that you can make these a regular part of your habits.
WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Our program follows a well rounded approach to training with an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning fundamentals.
Programmes will be released in either 4 or 6 week blocks and consist of 3 workouts and 2 mobility flows.
Each week will have a practice day/workout which will give you the opportunity to test yourself and see where you where your strengths/weaknesses may be.
Once you have joined the program we will invite you to our TrueCoach community where we will deliver your training program and maintain communication throughout.
